I can't find my certificate in "Microsoft Technology Associate: Networking Fundamentals"

Good day!

I'm an IT student from the Philippines and I take an exam and passed when I was 1st year college and I'm already 4th year college still can't get my certificate in "Microsoft Technology Associate: Networking Fundamentals. I was wondering if how can I get my certificate? And when I also open the certificate page it says ask help to the "support thing". So, maybe this thing would help me. But if you're going to say that I should go to the private message thing on the "right corner" well I can't see any. Thank you in advance.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
