September 2021 patching

Hi,
We have done our patching (Sept 2021) on our both environments for Sharepoint 2013. But there is a version difference in our test environment compared to prod. Attached are the screenshots. Could you please let me know why there is a version mismatch?

Also there was a missing /required error at upgrade and migration section at central administration. So, I repatched the respective server again and then issue disappears. But still there is a version mismatch for prod and test servers.

    Run following powershell as administrator to compare the result:

    PSConfig.exe -cmd upgrade -inplace b2b -force -cmd applicationcontent -install -cmd installfeatures

    this mismatch only tells that initially installed SP versions where different on these environments (15.0.4571.1502 vs 15.0.4569.1506). However now after installing Sep 2021 CU versions are the same on both envs (15.0.5381.1000). So now they are equal
