Unable to take offline DA100 test

I made an appointment for the on-site exam of DA 100 offline, but the on-site staff said that my name was inconsistent with that on my ID card and could not take the exam.
Now that I have changed my name(from English name Layne to Chinese name 沈凌毅), can I make an appointment for the exam again and enjoy the qualification of enterprise.
