My subscription is no longer associated to my account

Received email on Nov 7th, 2021 that had as a subject line: "Please update your Microsoft account to avoid any service interruptions"

When I logged into Azure Portal, my subscription was missing.
Last payment was made recently on October 27th.
I need to get back access to my Virtual Machines.
Help.

    Hi

    I would fear it was a phishing email. Please make sure you entered the correct portal to update your detail.

    If a bad link, make sure to change your credential and call the support to make sure nothing was compromised inside your account.

    Please try the following by logging in to Azure portal. Check the status of the subscription as shown in the screenshot below as active.
