Sysinternals Shareenum not working - PLEASE ANSWER THE SPECIFIC QUESTION AND NOT PROPOSE OTHER SOLUTIONS - I NEED SHAREENUM TO WORK SO I CAN USE PREVIOUS SHARE EXPORTS FROM IT

Hi - i have downloaded Sys internal tool ShareEnum from microsoft and tried opening it.
It says No domain or Workgroup found on network.
I tried it in other OS like 7, 8.1 or windows server 2008 R2. Same Error.
This tool was working well aroung 6 months back in 8.1 which will provide me all open shares in my network.
My need is to find all open shares in my domain enviromnent.
Please help.
