I want to test my driver through windows hardware lab kit. According to the document, there are two deployment scenarios for Windows HLK: domain-joined environment or workgroup environment. I choose the first. My client's system version is 19041(windows 2004) and the server's system version is windows server 2016(the server is a virtual machine). I install the correct windows hardware lab kit on the server, and the version that is displayed in the control panel is 19041. I am sure that the server and the client are in the same domain.
The server's IPV4 is 10.22.130.45 and the client's IPV4 is 10.120.21.24. On the client machine, I access the server through \\10.22.130.45, and I install the HLK kits on the client by the "setup.cmd" that is in the “HLKInstall\\Client” directory successfully. I close all the firewalls on the server and the client, and they can ping to each other.
According to the document, after installing the client kits, I can find my client in the default pool in the HLK studio on the server. But I cannot now. Who knows what causes this?

    Hi there,

This problem can be caused by a lack of communication between the Windows HLK Controller computer and the Windows HLK Client computer, or by a trusted key mismatch between the two systems.

Run a quick check on these points

    (1) Move the machine in Machine Pool to default pool.
    (2) Delete the machine moved to the default pool.
    (3) Restart the HLK Client OS of the deleted machine.
    (4) Since the machine appears in the default pool, move the machine to Machine Pool.
    (5) Set the machine moved to Machine Pool to Ready.
