SCCM CB 2002 - Application package is not showing Software center

Hello All,
We have SCCM CB 2002 Infrastructure, When we deploy Application packages to Devices its not showing Software center and if we deploy same application to User account its showing and we can install the application.
Not getting any Error message also.
In AppDiscovery.log file apps are detecting "Performing detection of app deployment type Windchill_Desktop_Integration_11.0_All for system" but now showing in Software Center.
Please let me know if anyone faced this type of issue.
Currently SCCM CB 2002 is End of Support and recently we have installed Carbon black on all the devices.
