user cant able to change password from owa, need solution for this

    Please try only recycling the MSExchangeOWAAppPool in IIS.

    If it works, you could follow these steps to set a specific time to recycle for MSExchangeOWAAppPool.
    Notice: Relying owa app pool will cause user unable to connect to owa. Please select a time of low impact to recycle MSExchangeOWAAppPool.

    1. Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager:
    2. In the Connections pane, expand the server name, and then click Application Pools.
    3. In the Application Pools pane, select the MSExchangeOWAAppPool.
    4. On the Recycling Conditions page of the Edit Application Pool Recycling Settings Wizard. Only select Specific time and set a specific time a time when you want to recycle it.
