Unfortunately , If you didn't configure any backups and deleted both the VM and Disks attached to them , It is highly not possible to recover/restore the VM .
But if you quickly file a support ticket with Azure team , They will check on possibility of recovering the disks and will get it recovered from the backend .
While deleting a VM it generally leaves the disks and NIC and only terminates the VM , are you sure you have explicitly deleted the disks ?
I would suggest you to configure backups going forward
