Windows 10 errors out on network drives after latest update

After the latest Windows update (including a servicing stack that I can't uninstall), I'm getting an 80070035 (network path not found) error trying to connect to ANY network drives.

My setup: I have a domain controller (Server 2016) and an Exchange server (Server 2016, Exchange 2016) and a Win 10 workstation. The Domain Controller has a file share that up until yesterday my Win 10 machine could reach. The domain controller can see it's own share with either the hostname or the IP on the share name or the admin share, IE:
\hostname\d$
\<IP address>\d$
\hostname\share
\<IP address>\share

All of those work from the DC or the Exchange server or a new Windows VM, but the Win 10 machine can't get there.
In fact, the Win 10 machine can't even see it's own admin share (I.E. \127.0.0.1\c$)

I've turned off firewall, tried rolling back yesterday's patches, but the servicing stack can't be uninstalled.

    Hello DanielWheeler-4647,

    Thank you for your question and for getting in touch. My name is Samuel and I would be more than happy to help you with your query.

    Sometimes this happens because of an update file that is corrupted and causes an internal problem.

    See the discussion below which presents a problem similar to yours, I believe it will help:

    @Georg Matviak
    Unfortunately the discussion you linked does not apply to my scenario - in fact the error messages returned are different.
