HTML Email Templates error on subscription center both HTML and Text

I created some HTML templates in Dynamics and when I create an email from them and use the Check content button, it returns the following errors.

Text: Dynamic content contains a syntax error (such as a missing curly bracket) in or near the following code: {{msdyncrm_contentsettings.msdyncrm_subscriptioncenter>] Insert Footer.
HTML: Dynamic content contains a syntax error (such as a missing curly bracket) in or near the following code: {{msdyncrm_contentsettings.msdyncrm_subscriptioncenter" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust:100%;-ms-text-s.

This is the code I'm using for the subscription center: <a href="{{msdyncrm_contentsettings.msdyncrm_subscriptioncenter}}" style="color: #ffffff; text-decoration: none;">Email Preferences</a>
Which is the same code that's in the other templates. I also tried inserting the subscription center code from the Content Settings, but still get the same error.

I'm really confused why I'm getting the error in the Text version, since that's automatically generated. Any ideas?
