AZ-220 Exam Completed but no Certfication or Badge

Question

I recently completed AZ-220 Certification test (10/29/21) and passed. When I go to microsoft.com/learning and check "Certification Dashboard", I shows a "congratulations" for passing the AZ-220 Exam, but the "View Certifications" page never loads and the "View Badges" shows no badges. My colleague who took the same exam on the same day received an email to claim his badge but I never received such an email.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
