Error 50040: When I try to modify the personal data of my certification profile

Hello,

I try to modify the personal data of my certification profile but when i click save and continue i have this message:

50040: Sorry, we are having a service interruption and we are unable to complete your transaction. Please contact customer support.

I followed the steps bellow but i still have the same error

  1. Clear your browser’s cached data and cookies.
  2. Use InPrivate browsing with Microsoft Edge.
  3. Click on this link to go to Your Dashboard

Can you help please?
