hi we run 2014 enterprise. we will migrate to 2019 in the coming months. we like what "enabling remote errors" does for us in ssrs but we do have external users who use a small subset of our reports as linked reports.

the uncontrolled (if problem isnt a business problem) errors we now generate can tell our external users more than they need to know, namely proc, db and schema names.

is there a way to turn off "enabled... " on linked reports?

    Hi @db042190

is there a way to turn off "enabled... " on linked reports?

    I'm afraid not.
"Enable Remote error" is based on the system properties of the report server and is not limited to a certain report/some reports.
    Best Regards,
