HID touch screen driver disapeared
I have had my Lenovo Yoga 11e running windows 10 pro for many years now, my touch screen stopped working and with much research on the issue. I went to update the HID touch screen driver, when I did this the driver uninstalled. I restarted my laptop and the touch screen still was not working. I went to my updates and tried to update everything. After doing this the touch screen still was not working, I then went back to device manager and the driver was not there. I have been unable to locate this driver on the Lenovo site or Microsoft's website. I tried running the search for missing drivers and nothing comes up. I have even tried resetting my windows with a fresh Install of windows and made sure everything was up to date and still no touch screen. Can anyone please help me with this? I know I am not the only person with this issue but all of the research I have found does not give an answer to this issue.

The drivers must be downloaded from the device manufacturer website . Meanwhile you can also try checking for Windows update
Select Start , then select Settings .
In Settings, select Update & security , then Windows Update , and then select the Check for updates button. Install any available updates and restart your PC if required.
You can also try resetting the PC or restoring the PC to older dates and see if they are helpful.
