Have you tested deploying shared account config? https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/configuration/shared-user-device-settings-windows#shared-multi-user-device-settings
Self-Deploying mode for loaner laptops with auto login to local account
I am testing Self-Deploying mode for our loaner laptops. I was able to create a local user using this guide https://www.inthecloud247.com/create-a-local-user-account-on-windows-10-with-microsoft-intune/
What need is to have this local account to login automatically. I tried running a PowerShell script via inTune. https://get-cmd.com/?p=4679
But the device is still asking for a user login. Please help.

Thanks for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
Per my experience, we can try to automate device configuration by combining self-deploying mode with MDM policies. Use the MDM policies to create a local account configured to automatically log on. For more information, see:
Simplifying kiosk management for IT with Windows 10.
Set up a kiosk or digital sign in Intune or other MDM service. For more information about Self-Deploying mode, please refer to: Windows Autopilot self-deploying mode (Public Preview)
Thanks for your time.
Best regards,
Simon
