I would suggest you check the subscriptions that bond to your account.
- Log in to Office 365 portal, using this link: https://portal.office.com/account/#subscriptions.
- Under the Subscriptions section, check if you have the ‘The latest desktop version of Office’ of Office.
If you have this license, then you can try the below steps:
- Please first sign-out all the Office applications on your Mac.
- Then use license removal tool to completely remove your credentials and license.
- Restart the computer and sign in your account again.
