Output of images to the chat bot

Colleagues, tell me how to organize the output of images from the QnA knowledge base to the chat bot?

We tried to make links to Sharepoint, alas, it does not display.

Links to external resources are displayed correctly, but this is not acceptable within the company.

What other options are possible?

Hi, you can add images using markdown format or uploading directly in the edit console. For adding images from SharePoint, refer to this document on adding secured SharePoint to your KB.

Example Markdown Format : ![Explanation or description of image](image_url)

this thing dont work anymore ... would just show an image markdown symbol or link only
did anyone know how to solve this ? ..

However, I don't see QnAMakerPortalSharePoint in the application list.

I'm able to create a KB by importing a secured SharePoint File without any issues. I'm also able to view and Grant access from the Azure Active Directory admin center. Here are possible reasons: If your SharePoint is on-premises, you won't be able to extract from SharePoint because Microsoft Graph won't be able to determine permissions. Furthermore, it is possible that you don't have the appropriate RBAC permissions to Grant admin consent for your organization.

Thank you, we have found a solution.
Access was granted, according to the specified manual.

However, after that, links to images on sharepoint are not perceived.

Images from SharePoint files are not extracted automatically. You'll need to add images from the QnA Maker portal (after the file is extracted into QnA pairs) using the following markdown syntax: ![Explanation or description of image](URL of public image).

You need to provide a public url, you can verify by searching to the image on your search engine. If the image is stored in SharePoint, ensure the URL has public access in the manage access settings. You can also obtain public Sharepoint URL by copying the link and pasting into a browser, and nd then to use newly generated URL link. Hope this helps.

Yes, we did exactly that. We take a public link to sharepoint, however, the picture is not displayed in QnA.
At the same time, the link is easily opened on any device, without authorization.

Next, open it and click view original.

Copy the link to the original and use it in QnA.

Auto-extraction of images from file is currently not supported, you'll need to follow the steps mentioned above (using markdown or image button) to add an image.

In fact, when uploading as files .docx, .pdf if there are pictures in them, they are not displayed in the QnA database.
