Store Errors purchasing Consumable Add-on

I have an application in private beta in the Microsoft Store. My users can install the application.

However, when users go to purchase the store-managed consumable add-on, they get an error like this:

This is a HUGE Problem for me! It is preventing my influential and valued Beta users from using the application.

Even worse, I have an extremely limited amount of time before launch. I expected the Microsoft Store to be a reliable partner in handling financial transactions, but this is an epic disaster!

I'm asking, PLEASE. I need to SPEAK on the PHONE with someone from Microsoft about this.

Based on your description, it seems to be a server issue. Please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Go to Contact us, find Non-Technical Support - Dashboard and choose SUBMIT AN INCIDENT. You could talk to the store team directly and confirm this behavior.

Thank you, I have done this. I find it very difficult to navigate this system and figure out the right place to request help for blocking issues like this. I hope this system is improved, because currently it is extremely difficult to develop a Microsoft Store application compared to other platforms.

Thank you, I tried it, they responded that they are developer support and could not help, and I should instead contact Microsoft Store Support here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/contact-microsoft-store-support-4f615f2a-6bbd-fd69-6695-ae213d63eef0

That seems to be general consumer support, so I don't think they're going to be very helpful.

The issue is not reproducible for me at this time, but since it is intermittent, I would like a concrete answer about whether or not it is fixed.

So this is an issue that does not happen every time and you are not able to reproduce it. In other words, the code actually works but there are some other reasons that cause this issue. That's why the support ticket said this is not a developer issue. Since the partner center support has offered a channel, I'd suggest you contact the Store support via the channel.
