Can we migrate sharepoint 2010 workflows to sharepoint online using sharegate or any tool?If not could you please provide any other alternative?

I Have my share point 2010 workflows which needs to be migrated to sharepoint online.Please any one can explain the procedure to migrate without issues by using migration tool or any other way?Also can we migrate SP 2010 workflows to share point power automate flows?

    Effectively, no. SharePoint 2010 workflows (and presumably in ~year or so, 2013 workflows) are being retired from SharePoint Online.

    You should instead consider using Power Automate flows.

    SharePoint 2010 workflows cannot be 'migrated' to Power Automate. The Power Automate flows need to be rebuilt from scratch.
