Hi,

i have 4 Exchange 2016 servers in DAG configuration, client connectivity balanced with F5 BigIP.
I added 4 Exchange 2019 servers, also in DAG. How should i perform transition?
Should i add Exch2019 servers to the same pool as Exch2016 and then remove Exch2016 or should i create new pool for Exch2019 and then point DNS records to Exch2019 pool?

no, put them all in the same pool.

2016 can proxy to 2019 - it will make it easy to transition this way.

Once you migrate, remove the 2016 servers from the f5 pool

Make sure all the virtual client directories on the 2019 servers match the current 2016 server URLs
