On-premise server migration to Sharepoint online

Hi,

please help me if the below server specifications can be migrated to sharepoint online.

Server Name : SharePoint App (5.3)
Model : HP ProLiant DL360 G4
OS: 2003 R2 SP2 Enterprise Edition
version : 32 bit
RAM : 8 GB
Storage : 70 GB
Processor : Intel(R) Xeon(TM) CPU 3.60GHz
Other Details : IIS version 6 , no of application sites (under IIS) = 37

    I would suggest you use SharePoint Migration Tool which is the official tool recommended by Microsoft. The SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT) is a free and easy to use migration solution to help you migrate content from on-premises SharePoint sites to Microsoft 365.

    SPMT supports migration to SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams from:

    SharePoint Server 2010, 2013, and 2016
    SharePoint Foundation 2010 and 2013

    yes there are tools which allow to migrate content from SP onprem to SP online. Free tool was already mentioned. For paid one you may check Sharegate migration tool.
