FSLogix - error.cpp(13): [WCODE: 0x00003b01]

Hey there,

i´m getting randomly the following errors in the fslogix logs if the disk cannot be loaded because it is used within another process.

WARN: 00000020] Failed to query VHD(x) size (Der Prozess kann nicht auf die Datei zugreifen, da sie von einem anderen Prozess verwendet wird.)
error.cpp(13): [WCODE: 0x00003b01] (Bei der Verarbeitung der Steuerungsanforderung ist ein Ausnahmefehler im Dienst aufgetreten.)
[ERROR:00000020] Open vhd(x) failed, file is locked. Retrying 12 time(s) at 5 second intervals (Der Prozess kann nicht auf die Datei zugreifen, da sie von einem anderen Prozess verwendet wird.)

The two error messages 00000020 are correct. and understood.
Is the error message error.cpp expected to happen if the profile cannot be loaded?

Strange thin is, that the error.cpp also appears if the profile is loaded correctly.

FSLogix Version installed:
Already upgraded from 2.9.7838.44263 to 2.9.7979.62170
Windows Server Version:
2019 Datacenter

I´ve already saw the blog post in which the answer would be a downgrade to fslogix 2004 - is there another possible solution?
