Outlook Customer Manager is being retired

I just opened OCM and saw a a notice that it is being retired 30 June 2020 - what is the replacement? Thank you, Emma

    Is Nimble available as a UK version does anyone know?

    Hi Emma,

    There is not currently a replacement offered by Microsoft - other than Dynamics, which is overkill for most people.

    Users should be offered a 1 year subscription to Nimble, at a special price, but I don't know the special pricing - the regular price is $20US a month.

    So how do we get to the 1yr Nimble?
