I would like to inform that we only recommend purchasing Office licenses from the official Microsoft website. 

For example: Compare All Microsoft 365 Plans (Formerly Office 365) - Microsoft Store

There are countless retailers selling Office licenses on third-party websites (such as Groupon), and while some may be legitimate Microsoft-authorized stores, the majority of these licenses are pirated, fake, and illegal.

I know that you have already made a purchase.

If you are willing, you might consider contacting Groupon for a refund and purchasing an Office license from the official Microsoft website.

Additionally, you can try the following:

1. If you have received a product key, you can redeem it on this website and associate it with a Microsoft account. (As Palcouk mentioned.) Setup Office - Office 365 Redemption
2. If you have received a Microsoft account (email address and password), you can log in to this website with this account: Microsoft account | Services & subscriptions

If the "Services & Subscriptions" page can display the product you purchased, it means that Microsoft recognizes the license. In this case, I believe you can legally use it.

If the "Services & Subscriptions" page cannot display it, then I'm afraid it is indeed a scam.

Hello Lucia!

How can I purchase Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus (the one with Microsoft Access) from the Microsoft website? I cant find it. I can find Microsoft Office 2024 Home, Home and Business, I can find those in stores like Staples and Office Depot also, but not the Professional Plus version.

The Professional Plus version is the version I am seeking. Is there a like to purchase that version on the Microsoft website and obtain a key after purchase direct from Microsoft?

Keys are not sold on their own from any legit seller, Its the whole installation Pkge, or a link to "Get Office"
