Why is my laptop not compatible with windows 11?
Acer Aspire ES 15 ES1-523-6312
AMD Quad-core A6-7310 (2.4 Ghz)
AMD Radeon A4 graphics
16g memory
1000gb hard disk

I've looked through the list and there is lesser models that qualify.
Please inform what is the reasoning behind this situation.

    The new Windows 11 devices must use modern device drivers which have passed the Windows Hardware Compatibility Program for Windows 11 or the latest available modern device drivers based on Declarative, Componentized, Hardware Support Apps (DCH) design principles.
