Badge & certificate missing in transit no update on portal.

As I had given my AZ-104 (Azure Administrator Associate)exam on 30th of October through PSI i have only received the mail of pass but still did not receive the badge and certificate 17 days already, I still cannot see the badge and certificate in transit. Neither my dashboard is showing the status of the pass result. kindly request to please look into it. And provide the badge and certificate in transit so that I can download and use it further.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
