Hi Raymond, I'm Sergio, it's a pleasure to help you.

You can monitor and improve call quality for Microsoft Teams in your org.

There are three key tools that you can use to monitor, troubleshoot, manage, and improve call quality in Microsoft Teams.

    1. Call Quality Dashboard (CQD): To analyze org-wide trends or problems, drive improvements to performance
    2. Call analytics: To analyze call and meeting quality for individual users
    3. Quality of Service (QoS): To prioritize important network traffic

You can see this reference article to get more details about this tools.

I hope that the information gives to you will be useful to your purpouses, please let me know about the result, because other users with the same problem will know know what to do.

    Hi,

Can you clarify on one of the voice issue call as below "Capture not functioning event ratio"?

Is it cause by headset? If yes, what is the resolution? Perhaps current latest driver cannot work with TEAMS?

Hi Raymond. It is possible, but you need to do the same evaluation under different

    environments:

    a. Using other headsets or the incorporate audio device if it is a laptop or mobile.

    b. Downgrade the driver to the previous version.

    c. Disable the driver.

Additionally you should keep in mind that there is a list of certified devices to use in Teams, if you use another device, you will can get one unespected behavior.

You can see the list in:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams...

    and

I hope that the information gives to you will be useful to your purposes, please let me know about the result, because other users with the same problem will know know what to do.

Greetings and have a nice day.
