Hello,

I wiped test device and then delete it from intune. Now if I add device to intune with the same way (android kiosk mode Corporate-owned dedicated devices), it doe`s not appire in device list.

After QR code sacn or if I folow the link https://enterprise.google.com/android/enroll?et=TOKEN ... Device installs applications, Intune and Microsoft Athenticator. But after that trying to connect to and with no luck.
I see a message - Reset device settings and try again.

I tried to connect to a different client, but I get the same error. Please help to solve the problem as well. I do not know what happened. Everything was fine and working until I reset the password and then I reset the device to default via the system menu. The intune account has been deleted, not I can`t add the same device.

Thank you.

Update: after 6 hours, I see that a lot of devices have appeared (this is the same, one test device). This is fine?

    Hi,

Thanks for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

==>I tried to connect to a different client, but I get the same error.
It seems that something basic, for example network, went wrong at that moment.

==>Update: after 6 hours, I see that a lot of devices have appeared (this is the same, one test device). This is fine?
This is not normal or expected scenario. If possible, please remove all the records for Intune/Azure portal and then re-enroll the device to have a try.

    Thanks for your time.

    Best regards,
    Simon
