Appservice restarting infinitely without any change

Hi, My app service is unexpectedly restarting. Last deployment was done in feb 2021 and since then no other deployments are done. It is production environment and I am unable to figure out, why the services are restarting infinitely. App service name : ngs-tfs-appservice-p
