Azure Maps Animation Module in Angular

We are using **import as atlas from "azure-maps-control";* from an npm package. We want to use the animation module from Azure Maps https://github.com/Azure-Samples/AzureMapsCodeSamples/blob/master/AzureMapsCodeSamples/Custom%20Modules/Animation%20module/AnimationModule.ts

But seems like the export is not working in Angular, Any idea how we can make that work?

@teshayat thanks for the question. Can you detail it a bit more? What is the error you are seeing and if following a documented tutorial, can you let the community know where to look to try and repo? Thanks :)!

Sorry for the delay, It's probably the way the module is written but I will give more details in a day or two. But I ended up using the Snakline demo from Azure Maps..

The animation module is not a part of the core Azure Maps web SDK and not an NPM package at this time. There is no export, just that single standalone typescript file. You can copy that code into your project to move forward.

I am working on creating a more advance version of this library which will have an NPM package in the near future (in the next one or two months).

Thanks, I guess these packages are quite needed for SPA developers. We used to use google maps, but we recently switched to Azure Maps for better integrations but we are experiencing many shortcomings...

The library was originally written using typescript version 1 or less standards. I have updated that module and turned it into a modern package: https://github.com/Azure-Samples/azure-maps-animations I'm looking into the internal MSFT process to release this as an NPM package.

Hi @rbrundritt , are you still planning to create an NPM package of the azure-maps-animations library? Or are there any other plans with this library? Maybe MS is going to include it in the core Azure Maps web SDK?
