All my files say "The Parameter is Incorrect"

Hi there, recently I've been having this problem with all my files saying "The parameter is incorrect" whenever I try to open them. I don't know why this is happening, and I've tried using the SFC and CHKDSK in the Command Prompt and they didn't work. I've also tried scanning my computer with my anti-virus but it didn't pick anything up, and I don't know what caused this in the first place, so if I could get any help, I'd appreciate it a lot. and by the way, I tried adding a picture of the error but it won't let me edit out some of the details so I can't put it here :(

The error "The parameter is incorrect" sometimes appears with Windows Store apps, such as Photos, and can often be resolved by repairing, resetting, or uninstalling/reinstalling the app. The options are found under Settings, Apps, ⋯, Advanced.

Note that "Reset" delete's the app's "data" (which typically means its settings). It does not delete your photos.

Is it only the photo files that have the problem?
