Thank you for providing the info. I see your system had two updates close to that time. I would first try Franco's suggestion about checking the WiFi security protocol. If you don't know how to get into your Router to check, I've have included an alternative option below.
- Open the start menu --> type: cmd --> right click the option that says "command prompt" --> select "run as administrator".
- In the command prompt window type: "netsh wlan export profile folder=c:\ key=clear".
- Open your file explorer and select (C:) drive as per photo below --> select the file that has your WiFi name --> right click on the file --> select "open with" --> select "notepad"
- Inside the file, find the security section as indicated in the photo below. This may be "WEP", "WPA", or "WPA2". (Don't share the file with us), just let us know the authentication protocol.
- If the protocol isn't "WPA2", then you should further your efforts to get into logging your router to change the setting to see if that works.
