I got a new iPhone and Microsoft Authenticator App I use for email, Facebook and my work has locked me out. I have received no reply from Microsoft. Nothing at all. Your live chat said they can't help with this problem. I need my Facebook for work and may get fired. I have 2 days left to hand over my work.
This is the worst service I have ever used. If you are going to create a high tech authenticator app, you MUST have real staff that can answer and assist with this.
I need ASSISTANCE urgently.
