Selective startup crash

My computer auto restarted while i was redoing all of my selective startup settings. Literally everything was unselected. Now when i go to open my computer it just says “something happened and your pin isn’t available”. My keyboard doesn’t have a windows key (so i can’t do win + R or anything like that) and the on screen keyboard does absolutely nothing. I tired the windows administrative menu and I can’t log into an administrative account even though my password is 100% correct. Is there anything else i could try?

Find a flash drive that you can format.

On a working computer create a bootable Ubuntu / Linux flash drive:
    https://ubuntu.com/tutorials/create-a-usb-stick-on-windows#1-overview

Boot the problematic computer using the flash drive.

    See this link:

It may enable you to backup important files.
Then clean install Windows 10 > restore files
