Having a Machine Check Exception BSOD Windows 11, 11900k, Z590, Strange error in Event Viewer.

Hello, I am having this strange error BUT only when trying to remove/or sometimes install, "some" drivers"

like for instance, I went to remove my video driver yesterday, during the uninstall RIGHT before the system was supposed to reboot, it locked BSOD "Machine Check Exception", BUT, NEVER recorded any log or sent any info.

Upon reboot it seemed as if the Nvidia drivers did in fact uninstall properly, and I was able to go into windows 11 and install the newest driver.

I have:

Removed all the intel drivers in add/remove programs
Ran 3D mark
Ran Prime95 - for an hour
Ran CrystalMark
Ran:
chkdsk /f /r
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Ran the windows memory diagnostic
Ran Driver Verifier for an hour (from within windows 11 system)
Reinstalled windows 11 from my OEM disk keeping all my files and folders
Moved all of my drivers into the device manager (using the add-drivers feature)
Checked EVERY USB device in Device manager updating every driver for every device
Installed about 30 games, including MSFS and they ALL run like butter.
Updated my BIOS
Taken the PC completely apart, put it back together piece by piece, checking each and every power cable.
Reset my BIOS to all default settings
Underclocked my memory
Ran my memory in XMP Profile 1 - default timings
Ran my memory in Default Setting Profile - default timings
Resizeable bar on, Resizable Bar off.
Copied Terribytes of data from my NAS back to my PC's Hard Drives

You name it, I have tried it!!

Personally, I think windows 11 is picking up a faulty device that does not exist.......

BUT, what do I know....

If someone here can look at this error and try to tell me what it means, I would GREATLY appreciate it!!

    There were no dump files collected.

    The logs displayed one BSOD with a bugcheck 7E.

    Please perform the following steps:

    Hello again Doc, I have been extremely busy lately, probably will be until after the first week in Jan.

    I'm going to try to get you some more info soon, but at the moment it's going to be tough, I will try tomorrow to get the more dump files for you at least.

    and I will not use WDV until you tell me too for sure.

    All in all my system is running strong, making videos/slideshows for work, burning disks, and generally just running like nothing is wrong, but every time I try to do anything with drivers...BOOM.

    I did turn off C-States and turned on CSM though, as per something I was reading in some forum posts on the internet. The error in the windows system log file seems to be gone, but I am not hopeful.

    The scripts can run in the background.

    When available please post share links.

    The WDV tool is designed to cause crashes.

    The tool settings will be modified during the testing for misbehaving drivers.

    Dump files disappear over time so post a new V2 after any BSOD.
