Having a Machine Check Exception BSOD Windows 11, 11900k, Z590, Strange error in Event Viewer.

Question

Hello, I am having this strange error BUT only when trying to remove/or sometimes install, "some" drivers"

like for instance, I went to remove my video driver yesterday, during the uninstall RIGHT before the system was supposed to reboot, it locked BSOD "Machine Check Exception", BUT, NEVER recorded any log or sent any info.

Upon reboot it seemed as if the Nvidia drivers did in fact uninstall properly, and I was able to go into windows 11 and install the newest driver.

I have:

Removed all the intel drivers in add/remove programs
Ran 3D mark
Ran Prime95 - for an hour
Ran CrystalMark
Ran:
chkdsk /f /r
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Ran the windows memory diagnostic
Ran Driver Verifier for an hour (from within windows 11 system)
Reinstalled windows 11 from my OEM disk keeping all my files and folders
Moved all of my drivers into the device manager (using the add-drivers feature)
Checked EVERY USB device in Device manager updating every driver for every device
Installed about 30 games, including MSFS and they ALL run like butter.
Updated my BIOS
Taken the PC completely apart, put it back together piece by piece, checking each and every power cable.
Reset my BIOS to all default settings
Underclocked my memory
Ran my memory in XMP Profile 1 - default timings
Ran my memory in Default Setting Profile - default timings
Resizeable bar on, Resizable Bar off.
Copied Terribytes of data from my NAS back to my PC's Hard Drives

You name it, I have tried it!!

Personally, I think windows 11 is picking up a faulty device that does not exist.......

BUT, what do I know....

If someone here can look at this error and try to tell me what it means, I would GREATLY appreciate it!!

Hey Doc, how are you doing.

I tried running the dump collector .bat, but it says there are no dump files to collect. They must have gotten deleted? I know I saw them with BlueScreen view a week or so ago, so the system must have deleted them.

Is there anywhere else I can look?

That other batch file is kind of involved I will try and run that one tomorrow night.

PS: The system did bluescreen this morning while trying to update iCUE software from Corsair, it froze and BSOD'd at about 12% installed so I let the BSOD sit for about an hour but it never created the dump file. BUT HERE IS THE STRANGE THING after rebooting...iCUE was in FACT installed after locking the system with a BSOD at 12% installed, and it works, and it shows as being fully updated?????

I HATE this problem, it makes ZERO sense.

is there anything else I can do?

Ok, I had the PC lock up on my last night, I was trying out "Intel Adaptive Boost Technology" and was running a Cinebench test, it locked up within 5 seconds, and it did create a dump file.

This MIGHT NOT be the same type of hard lock I get when trying to install any drivers, as those hard locks do not ever create a dump file (no matter how long I let the Machine check exception BSOD sit) but it might give me some insight as to what might be causing my BSOD's.

I ran the dump file collector and it made a zip file with the WHEA dump file in it, I'm posting it at Dropbox? But I have no idea how to use it so, here is the link, let me know if it works.
