Step 4 - Give another employee access to OneDrive and Outlook data
- If you don't delete the account, please try to give yourself access to the content in the account's OneDrive in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- But as now you do not have a licenses to assign to your account, so you could not restore your account as a user.
So if your account was deleted, you have only 30 days by default to access the former account's OneDrive data. Under this case that you can not restore a user account, within this time, the OneDrive content would be deleted.
