Windows Troubleshooter through SCCM

The Windows troubleshooter modules usually require elevated permissions so people who do not local admin rights can not run the modules. Is it possible to run those troubleshooters through SCCM? Ideally I would like specific ones, but anything would be nice. The alternative of granting local admin rights is not a viable option at this time.

Sure. ConfigMgr can run any command line you give it against any set of source files that you supply on managed endpoints as the local System account. For what you've described, a simple package (containing the troubleshooters source files), a program (containing the command line to run the troubleshooter),configured to run as Admin (which actually runs it as the local System account), and configured to display the UI to the interactive user would do exactly as you've noted.
