Edge Crashes On Startup Within 3-5 Seconds

On Edge startup, Restore Pages popup is visible

   Edge crashes after a few seconds

Surface Pro 8, Windows 11 (latest)

Chrome works as expected

Other apps (Word, OneNote, Excel) work as expected

Reboot after each thing done

Ran Repair Edge (136.0.3240.64) 

Ran Reset this PC (System/Recovery/Reset this PC)

Virus and threat protection:  quick scan (no threats)

Memory usage (Task manager shows no abnormal memory use when Edge started)

Cannot clear browsing history and cached data

Disk cleanup (removed all available items)

Ran Check Disk (no errors found)

    Success:

    C:\Users"your_username"\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge

    Delete the folder named "User Data" (91,000 items)

    Re-sync from servers
