    Hi adam browns.

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

We have read your question and realized that you are unable to locate your Bluetooth on your computer. The problem you are asking is rather succinct, so I can only give some generic solutions. I think it would help a lot if you could state your Bluetooth device model number. Here are some ways you can help find your Bluetooth:

    1. make sure the Bluetooth device is turned on, some Bluetooth have a specialized Bluetooth pairing mode and only in this mode will the computer be able to find the device. You can find the official manual by visiting the official website of your Bluetooth device. Then find the tutorial for your Bluetooth device and follow the official tutorial for Bluetooth connection.
    2. If the official tutorial doesn't work, you can try to check if your computer's Bluetooth is turned on, you can follow the website below to check if Bluetooth is turned on:

Turn Bluetooth on or off in Windows - Microsoft Support

    1. If Bluetooth is on and you still can't find your Bluetooth device, then you can try to update/reinstall the Bluetooth driver.

    (1) First of all, keep Bluetooth connected. Press and hold “Win + R” at the same time, type “devmgmt.msc” in the text box that appears, then click “OK”. You will open the Device Manager.

    (2) Find “Bluetooth” on the left side and open this tab, you will see a lot of content about Bluetooth, find “Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R)”, right click on it and select “Properties”. Select “Properties”.

    (3) In the new window, select “Drivers”, find “Update Driver”, and click it to keep the driver up-to-date.

If the update doesn't work, you can try clicking “Uninstall Driver” in the same location, then restart your computer and download the latest driver from your computer's Bluetooth vendor's website and install it.

These are the general solutions to fix Bluetooth not found. If your problem still exists, you can tell us more information such as your Bluetooth device model number in the reply. We are looking forward to your reply.

    Best Regards,
