Folder permission issue

The windows 2016 file server. i had create another domain admin ID.

When i try to access the folder will appear the message as a picture.

Please advice.

    Hi
    There are several reasons may cause this error:
    When a upgrade form Windows 7 and earlier versions to Windows 10 may cause this error.This situation require change the ownership .
    The settings in the Security section have been changed (someone has blocked some permissions).
    The Deny option was assigned to the folder owner randomly.
    There is a file system incompatibility.

    To resolve this, following advice for your reference:
    Give permission to read this folder for everyone as following:
    17547-8143.png
    17574-8144.png
    Change the onwer of the folder.
    17582-8145.png
