How many users can I create in ADB2C?

I recently started studying ADB2C.
Therefore, I would like to know the maximum number of users I can register with ADB2C.

    More than you'll ever need. I'm not aware of any technical limit on how many users can be in a tenant. The size limit documentation here doesn't mention it either so I assume it is unlimited. Of course you might run into other limits such as tenants per subscription or calls per minute but that is dependent upon what you're doing. Of course there is a cost as well because it charges per user so the cost could become prohibitively high.

    It would appear there is a limit of 5.25 million user objects according to this Microsoft Article if you are using either user flows or custom policies.
