Can not log in my office 365 account.

I am not able to log in to my other business account which is two-factor authentication from the Microsoft Authentication application.
When I am trying to log in to my Microsoft Authentication application, it is asking to verify my identity through the Authentication application which I can not because I am already trying to log in to the device in the first place.

This became a loop to log in process. Not even able to log in from a web browser as it is also saying to verify from the Microsoft Authentication application.

I tried reaching out the tech support but they did not have support for my type of account.

Totally frustrated.

    Have you registered the MFA for this account before? If yes, make sure you sign-in on to recover your MFA token. Once you recovered the MFA token with the authenticator app, you will be able to sign-in again.

    If you are not able to recover your MFA token by yourself, you'll need to contact the owner of your tenant to reset your MFA. If you are the owner, make sure you sign-in with a global administrator account to reset your other business account.

    This is not working at all.
    At every link I click on, it is asking to log in first which is the main problem. I could not log in in the first place.
