Using Powershell to Sync work/school account to AD

I'm trying to design a powershell script that can run sync from a client computer to active directory.

The button for this is in Settings->User Accounts-> Log in to work or school account -> Then I choose "Connected to xxxxxxx AD-domain" -> Informasion -> Synchronize.
