Unable to post in ITPro forum - says I am not signed in when I am

I am unable post in office-word-itpro - Microsoft Q&A even though I am signed in.
This has been a problem for months but in the past I could sign out and then back in and was able to post. This is no longer the case. This has been a problem for at least the past two days.

2022-02-03T17:23:17.723+00:00 Today I tried just coming to this question, not adding anything here, just opening the question page, and then reattempting the unsuccessful post in the other forum. It worked. Very strange.
Went to my profile to get to this question. Next time I will try just going to the profile.
