Redirected printers through RDP not working after rollback from windows 11

One user performed the upgrade to windows 11 accidentally and after rollback to windows 10 on the remote domain, then it's not able to use the listed redirected local printer to print the files at the remote end. From the remote end, all redirected (from user home pc) printers not able to work including Microsoft print to pdf but those printer properties are still able to open and show different UI so I assume printer drivers are not the issue?

When I try to use redirected printers to print test page in scanner and printer setting, below shows up.

"operation could not be completed (error 0x00000077)"

"the system does not support the command requested"

When I try it on Print management, it just directs me to the troubleshooter and ends up with nothing to fix.

I have so far tried
-tick or untick everything including the printer on RDP local resource page.
-replace update using the media creation tool.
-delete remote Microsoft easy print driver and check related .dll existed.
-sadly that when I tried the upgrade and rollback again, all printers were workable in win11 back not in win 10.

    Hello @mingda zhu

If the printer works on windows 11 and not windows 10, then why not stay on windows 11? As it is the most up-to-date edition of Microsoft.

But, here's a suggestion for solutions you can use:

    1) make sure the following registry key value is set to 1 (enable redirect)

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Terminal Server \ Wds \ rdpwd \ fEnablePrintRDR

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Terminal Server \ Wds \ rdpwd \ fEnableRDR

    2) Check if the KB5003538 update is present on the device, if it is, remove it from the system.

    3) See if in recent updates there is any for .Net framework, if there is, remove it completely and then restart the device

After restarting the device, check whether the problem persists or not.
