I receive a charge for $18.39dlls that I don't recognize

To whom it may concern: Several fraudulent purchases were made with my account. See the following order numbers:July 18, 2023 | Order number 6518572315July 18, 2023 | Order number 4511531495July 18, 2023 | Order number 8940349138July 18, 2023 | Order number 9518692616July 18, 2023 | Order number 7931668473July 18, 2023 | Order number 8643737348July 18, 2023 | Order number 4545432433July 18, 2023 | Order number 8267814327July 18, 2023 | Order number 5805428732 (refunded)July 18, 2023 | Order number 7062807385 (refunded)July 18, 2023 | Order number 6479697379 (refunded) I was notified by Microsoft of suspicious activity and immediately recovered my account and changed my password, but not before the above purchases were made. I've request refunds for all of the purchases but have been denied for those beyond the three orders noted above. Please investigate and refund the remaining balance for the fraudulent orders. If you are unable to find this charges in your account, you can contact Microsoft support to assist you investigate this charge, use the steps below for guidance;
If you believe the charges were fraudulent, kindly contact your financial institution to cancel that payment method.
