Can someone explain to me what that search is and if I can turn it off.

    I am Dave, I will help you with this, please do not disable those search processes, they are not affecting your system performance.

    Rest assured, it is normal to have those search processes running in Windows 11, if you click the arrow beside that process, you will see the separate processes, there are many search functions in Windows and each of those processes manages them, Windows will suspend the sub-processes from time to time to save resources.
