Hi,

I have in my company deployed RDS on Windows Server 2016:

  • License manager
  • RDS Broker
  • 3x RDS Host

On my RDS LM, I have installed 10 licenses per user(is an old license).
Last time I bought new 10 licenses per user (retail purchase) when I install this my LM see 500 new licenses...
My vendor says it's a 10 license key.

I tried to redeploy this server and install this license once again but the result is the same.

Where is the problem?

    Hello @drClays

I would suggest to rebuild the RD licensing database.
I understand that you have tried to Activate the Remote Desktop Services license server like here:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/remote/remote-desktop-services/rds-activate-license-server

Hope this helps with your query!

    Hi @Limitless Technology

I tried to rebuild the RD licensing database, but it's not working. I did this twice and the second time I can not add my licenses because I have got an error: "the licenses have already been used".

I tried to create a new RD licensing manager on other server but I has got the same error.
